Settlers' Cottage
The Settlers’ Cottage, originally built in the late 1870s, is a newly renovated quaint cabin that encompasses the rich history of Ampersand Estates. It is a traditional two-bedroom, one bathroom house including a fireplace, intimate lounge area and a fully refurbished kitchen.
Located in the village, the cottage is central to the many experiences offered by the estate such as the cellar door wine and spirits tastings and personalised gourmet picnics on the bank of the Donnelly River. Only a short walk through our spectacular gardens is our barn event venue, perfect for a wide range of functions. This elegant home is the ideal getaway location that accommodates all your holiday needs.

Stay 3, pay 2
The colder seasons are on our doorstep and this autumn and winter you can escape to Ampersand Estates and stay for three nights but only pay for two.
Your stay includes: Luxe toiletries, complimentary wine tastings at the cellar door, views of the Karri tree forests, stunning interiors and breathtaking views from all of our residences.
- Stay period is 1st April- 30th June
- Booking period is March to June
- Pay for two nights and pay for three when you stay between Friday and Monday
- Minimum three-night stay
- Bookings are prepaid with no cancellations or refunds

Accommodation FAQ's
You can find us in Peerabeelup, which is about half way between Nannup and Pemberton. It is about half an hour to each town from the Estate. You find directions to the Estate here.
Ampersand offers three luxury homes for leisure travellers.
The Homestead accommodates up to 10 guests with five bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, and a fully functioning stocked kitchen, (plates, glassware, utensils and cleaning products) dining and living area and outdoor deck with barbeque facilities.

Vintner’s Residence accommodates up to 10 guests with five bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, and a fully functioning stocked kitchen, (plates, glassware, utensils and cleaning products) dining and living area and outdoor deck with barbeque facilities.

Ampersand Cellar Door is located at the venue and is open Monday – Sunday, 10:00am – 6:00pm. We recommend making a booking for your tastings to ensure you get a spot.

Rainfall Distillery is located at Ampersand Estates where Rainfall vodka and gin is produced. You can book tastings of the spirits at the Cellar Door where you can also purchase the products. You can buy the products online here.

Ampersand offers pre-booked breakfast, lunch and dinner hampers for guests and visitors.
On weekends we host a local woodfired pizza-maker at the Estate, you can pre-order your pizzas via the website.
Accommodation guests can also book a private chef experience for their stay.
Our team can recommend local restaurants and eateries in the area for you to visit.
