The Vintner’s Residence is an elegant five-bedroom house located at the top of Ampersand Estates overlooking the sensational view of our vineyard and surrounding national parks. Each luxurious room is fitted with individual ensuites and has been designed to give each guest the ultimate Ampersand experience.
Containing two large decking spaces, this residence is the perfect place on the property to host a sundowner and enjoy your favourite glass of Ampersand wine. The many entertaining spaces provide guests with the perfect opportunity to socialise and unwind. Tailored to meet all needs, this stunning home is the best choice for your next holiday in the Pemberton region.

Accommodation FAQ's
You can find us in Peerabeelup, which is about half way between Nannup and Pemberton. It is about half an hour to each town from the Estate. You find directions to the Estate here.
Ampersand offers three luxury homes for leisure travellers.
The Homestead accommodates up to 10 guests with five bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, and a fully functioning stocked kitchen, (plates, glassware, utensils and cleaning products) dining and living area and outdoor deck with barbeque facilities.

Vintner’s Residence accommodates up to 10 guests with five bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, and a fully functioning stocked kitchen, (plates, glassware, utensils and cleaning products) dining and living area and outdoor deck with barbeque facilities.

Settlers’ Cottage accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, and a fully functioning stocked farmhouse kitchen, (plates, glassware, utensils and cleaning products) fireplace, living area and wraparound deck with barbeque facilities

Ampersand Cellar Door is located at the venue and is open Monday – Sunday, 10:00am – 6:00pm. We recommend making a booking for your tastings to ensure you get a spot.

Rainfall Distillery is located at Ampersand Estates where Rainfall vodka and gin is produced. You can book tastings of the spirits at the Cellar Door where you can also purchase the products. You can buy the products online here.

Accommodation guests can also book a private chef experience for their stay through the Estate.
