Recommended winery: Delaire Graff in Stellenbosch – breathtakingly beautiful scenery with art, wine, food etc. come together.
Favourite food and drink pairing: Hot chips when it’s ginger beer, but Mexican food with my margarita of course.
Favourite Rainfall spirit: Rainfall Rockpool Gin — makes an extraordinary dirty martini.
Go-to drink at a party of bar: Dirty gin martini, very dirty, four olives.
Favourite spot down south: Yeagarup Dunes on a 4wd adventure.
A food you love to pair with your favourite drink: I love a good Italian or Greek inspired meal with a selection of wines on the table.
Favourite spot down south: My favourite spot will have to be my home in Pemberton. Surrounded by ancient 100 year old trees on a beautiful farm of eight acres
A food you love to pair with your favourite drink: I like to pair it with Italian dishes (preferably with pasta) or with a good dessert of a hot brownie with salted caramel ice cream.
