Venue Inclusions
Accommodation
Accommodation on the estate for up to 24 people. Accommodation hosted in three houses on the estate – Settler’s Cottage, The Homestead, and Vintner’s Residence, all which have fireplaces, large chef kitchen, and en-suite bathrooms for each room, and extensive outdoor decking with stunning views of the estate.
Elevate your celebration with Ampersand Estates’ award-winning wines, available to couples at an exclusive 30% discount. Choose from our elegant wine selection and premium spirits, all crafted to complement your day perfectly.
Cellar door tasting experiences and sales can be provided exclusively for your wedding guests. Ampersand’s Cellar Door is home to not only a variety of local wine varietals that you can sample and serve to your guests, but also Rainfall Distillery; where premium spirits are produced.
Exclusive use of our stunning venues within the property including Wedding Barn Venue, the Wedding Terrace Venue, and all outdoor areas such as vineyards, stables and helipad. Our Cellar Door can be closed for the period of your ceremony and reception and open to the public outside of these events.
Oldfield’s Barn, with a unique history stretching back over 100 years, serves as a wedding venue or reception location with a capacity for up to 150 guests. The vintage Barn is framed by jarrah bush poles and features gorgeous traditional sliding barn doors.
The Vines
The Ampersand Estates vineyards make for a beautiful setting to celebrate your special day. The vines are located in different spots throughout the property, all with great views and perfect for a show-stopping frame.
The Terrace
Nestled in the bend of the Donnelly River and overlooking the old growth trees of Easter National Park, The Terrace is an outdoor wedding and reception venue with capacity for up to 150 guests*.
The Lake
Situated next to the cellar door, with glassy reflections, ducks, geese and sometimes a special visit from our black swan. The Lake is a magical ceremony spot, completing the range of Pemberton wedding venues Ampersand Estates offers. This space is the perfect venue for a special ceremony.
The Helipad
The Helipad offers a striking white platform with sweeping views of the stables and surrounding estate—an unforgettable setting for a scenic, open-air wedding.

Ampersand Cellar Door is located at the venue and is open Monday – Sunday, 10:00am – 6:00pm. We recommend making a booking for your tastings to ensure you get a spot.
Ampersand offers three luxury homes for leisure travellers.
The Homestead accommodates up to 10 guests with five bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, and a fully functioning stocked kitchen, (plates, glassware, utensils and cleaning products) dining and living area and outdoor deck with barbeque facilities. View The Homestead here.
Vintner’s Residence accommodates up to 10 guests with five bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, and a fully functioning stocked kitchen, (plates, glassware, utensils and cleaning products) dining and living area and outdoor deck with barbeque facilities. View Vintner’s Residence here.

Do you have furniture available for wedding and events hire?
Picnic tables, wine barrels, and high stools are available for use around the Cellar Door and The Barn. For other options please refer to our supplier list for furniture and equipment hire.
Ampersand Estates and Rainfall Distillery provide a long list of wines and spirits available for weddings and events. As such BYO is not available in these circumstances. For staying guests, you are welcome to source drinks for consumption in your accommodation only.
Do you have a restaurant on-site?
Ampersand offers pre-booked breakfast, lunch and dinner hampers for guests and visitors.
Accommodation guests can also book a private chef experience for their stay.
Our team can recommend local restaurants and eateries in the area for you to visit.
Is glassware provided for weddings and events?
Weddings and events are DIY and equipment is not provided. Please see our supplier list for hire options.
If it is biodegradable and doesn’t cause a mess / is cleaned up. Rose petals are preferred. No bubbles as they may contain chemicals harmful to our vines.
What is the enforceable curfew at the Estate?
Please conclude at 11pm for midnight at the latest. Fines may be incurred outside of these times.
Do you have staff available to service my wedding or event?
Ampersand Estates provides a wedding and events venue only. Staff are not available for service but please download our supplier list to find businesses who can assist.
