The sun-drenched and spirited summer on our estate brings a celebration of light and life—bright days filled with fresh cherries in your Rainfall G&T at Christmas, and sparkling toasts on New Year’s Eve. These selections are made for golden hours, long lunches, and effortless elegance in every pour.
Autumn
As autumn settles over the estate, we bring you a seasonal collection that embraces the shift to winter with earthy reds, spiced spirits, and blends layered with quiet complexity. Each bottle invites new memories, designed to be shared in softened light and savoured with friends.
Winter
As winter cloaks the Pemberton region, a downpour of the purest rainfall is summoned. At Ampersand, we cherish each drop—captured in our Rainfall distillations and echoed in the soul of our premium Pinot Noir. This season’s collection embodies the spirit of winter, crafted for lingering evenings by the fire and conversations that deepen with every sip.
Spring

*Members are responsible for applicable Singapore import duties and taxes, estimated at S$8–S$14 per bottle, payable upon import.

- All products are packed with care. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
