An immersive and truly rare journey, the Rainfall Distillery Gardens bring the story of Rainfall to life, inviting guests to journey through the botanicals that shape our spirits and follow the path from soil, to still, to sip.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Southern Forests – one of the most biodiverse regions in the world – the garden showcases a curated collection of more than 2,100 native and international botanicals used throughout the Rainfall spirits range.
From fragrant lemon myrtle and juniper to vibrant citrus and rosemary, guests can wander through the very ingredients that shape each bottle.
Here, you can step beyond the glass in a guided tour through the Distillery Gardens before exploring the working distillery itself. From the pure captured rainwater of the Southern Forests to the distillation and hand-bottling process, guests can experience firsthand the craftsmanship, care and artistry behind every bottle of Rainfall spirits.
