Recommended winery: Amisfield in the Central Otago in NZ.
Favourite Rainfall spirit: Rainfall Rockpool Gin — makes an extraordinary dirty martini.
Go-to drink at a party of bar: Dirty gin martini, very dirty, four olives.

Favourite Ampersand wine: Pinot Noir – The Pemberton Wine Region in WA is famous for their Pinot after all!
Recommended winery: Delaire Graff in Stellenbosch – breathtakingly beautiful scenery with art, wine, food etc. come together.
Favourite food and drink pairing: Hot chips when it’s ginger beer, but Mexican food with my margarita of course.

Favourite Ampersand wine: The Sparkling Pinot Noir-Chardonnay; its perfect drink for an end of day catch-up with friends. It’s also perfect for a Sunday breakfast Mimosa.
Favourite spot down south: Yeagarup Dunes on a 4wd adventure.
A food you love to pair with your favourite drink: I love a good Italian or Greek inspired meal with a selection of wines on the table.

Favourite Ampersand wine: Pinot Noir 2022 is my favourite red with it’s beautiful soft notes of spices on the nose and blend of mulled fruits of strawberry and cherry.
A food you love to pair with your favourite drink: I love pairing it with classic Italian comfort food — especially a rich, homemade lasagna fresh from the oven.

Favourite Ampersand wine: The 2023 Chardonnay is my go-to white – fresh, crisp, and layered with citrus and stone fruit. It’s summer in a bottle.
Favourite spot down south: I love spending time at Salmon Beach. There’s something magical about watching the sun set over the water with a glass in hand.
Food you love to pair with your favourite drink: I usually enjoy it with a seafood pasta or a creamy risotto. But on weekends, I’ll happily have it alongside a platter of soft cheeses and fresh bread.

Favourite Ampersand drink: The Esperluette wine is my absolute favourite, it is smooth, delicate and pairs incredibly with a homemade lasagna. I love enjoying a glass overlooking the stunning beaches in Busselton or under the starry sky at the estate.

Favourite Ampersand drink: Karri Smoked Port Rainfall Gin & Tonic – this drink captures the essence of the Karri forest in a glass — a subtle smokiness that lingers like the scent of forest air, balanced by a gentle sweetness. Best served over with a slice of fresh orange.
Favourite spot down south: The Yeagarup Dunes, which is the largest inland sand dunes in the Southern Hemisphere, is an unforgettable adventure on a sunny day, from forest trails, tranquil lakes, to a pristine coastline, all in one break taking location.
